2. How do we collect your personal data?
While playing our games we track some data like your nickname, email, when you send it to us. Other data such as device id is tracked automatically, also we use f your device language or device model. By subscribing to our newsletter or sending a support ticket also we collect some data like name and email. Also we have built in analysis tools, which don’t basically collect any sensitive data. They just give as overall information about usage and games quality. This data is usually an anonymous one.
3. Why do we collect your data?
We use this data to provide an access to our games, we improve games by information you provide, handle you support tickets, prevent checking, optimise in-game purchases, show relevant ads to you along with Ads Providers or run marketing companies.
4. What can you do with that data?
You always can receive can ask us which kind of our data we have, or our 3rd-parties such as Google Analytics collected. You can ask to remove that data at any time. 4. Where do we collect your data?
4.1 Facebook High Score sharing
You can connect your facebook account and share your High Score with your friends from Facebook. You always disable and enable it in game settings.
When you connect your Facebook account you agree to share this data with us:
Name, Profile picture, Date of Birth, Place of residence.

4.2 App permissions
Our app uses the following permissions:
Push Notifications – we use them to keep you updated about your in-game progress by sending notifications
In-App Purchases (via Google Play Services and iTunes)- you have an option to buy some Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods
Network Access including Mobile Network – we ask for Network access to send analytics data, to update latest offers or to show Ads, meanwhile all our games work without Network either
Background updates – we update games in background to be ready when you open launch again
Access to local storage – we use it to store their game files, your save files and configuration preferences
4.3 Support requests
If the game uses HelpShift services, you can send your support request and all data you provide there is being shared with us such as username or device ID.
You can remove the request if it’s not possible just contact us. Also by sending support requests sent by email or leaving reviews you agree to share that data with us.

4.4 Analytical tools
We are using third-party analytical tools to show relevant Ads and provide you better game experience based on your gaming style.

iOS: You can disable Personalized Ads on your iOS or iPadOS device by going to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising and tapping to turn off Personalized Ads.
Android: Open up Settings on your device. From within Settings, locate and tap Google. In the resulting screen, tap the On/Off slider for Opt out of Ads Personalization. When prompted, tap OK.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your data with:
- our partners such as ADs providers or analytical services.
- contractors or subcontractors under NDA.
- future owner of InchGames in case of event of transfer.
- administrative and juridicial legal authorities under specific laws.
We make sure that any 3rd party we share your data has same high level of protection as we do.
5. Data Lifecycle
Any data that is anymore not need are automatically deleted by us, unless we keep longer for legal purposes. In this case the data will be block and non accessible from anyone except Legal authorities.
6. Children’s data
We avoid collecting data of any child and if you found that data of any children is collected let us know. We’ll delete this data as soon as possible. Please, dear parents and legal guardians make sure that your children are under control and don’t use such sensitive things such as in-app purchases.
